W-Stands Inc. Limited Lifetime Warranty
Effective Date: 2023-12-13
W-Stands Inc. (“Company”) warrants the products listed below to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
Products Covered:
- – Product A: Hoop and Qsnap Holder
- – Product B: Table Hoop Holder
- – Product C: Frame and Q-Snap Holder
- – Product D: Universal Hoop and Frame Holder (Floor)
- – Product E: Embroidery Frame Stand
Warranty Coverage:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that render the product unusable for its intended purpose under normal use and service. It includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- – Faulty metal components
- – Broken or cracked wood
- – Defective paint or stain
- – Faulty adjustments
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover the following:
- – Damages during shipping: Please refer to the shipping carrier’s policy for claims related to shipping damage.
- – Damages due to misuse, abuse, neglect, improper care, or accidents: This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by dropping, striking, excessive force.
- – Normal wear and tear: This includes, but is not limited to, fading, scratches, and minor cosmetic imperfections.
- – Damage caused by natural disasters: This includes, but is not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters.
- – Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized personnel: Any modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel will void this warranty.
- – Loss or theft of the product: This warranty does not cover loss or theft of the product.
Warranty Fulfillment:

When making a claim, you will need to provide the following information:
- – Your name and contact information
- – Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, receipt)

- – Pictures of the damaged product
W-Stands Inc. will evaluate your claim and determine the best course of action, which may include:
- – Repairing the product: If possible, W-Stands Inc. will repair the product using genuine parts and return it to you in good working order.
- – Replacing the product: If the product cannot be repaired, W-Stands Inc. will replace it with the same or a similar model.
- – Issuing a full or partial refund: At its sole discretion, W-Stands Inc. may issue a full or partial refund for the purchase price of the product.
W-Stands Inc. will respond to your claim within thirty (30) days and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Disclaimer:
This warranty is void if the product is used for a purpose other than its intended purpose or if it is not properly maintained.
Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
